Hengtong Juice USA, Inc. was established in the US in 2012 by Shaanxi Hengtong Fruit Juice Group which was founded in April 2011 by Shenzhen Eastern Development Group Co., Ltd through the integration of Shaanxi Tongda Fruit Juice & Beverage Group Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Hengxing Fruit Juice Co., Ltd. The merger of two leading juice concentrate producers creates a new business entity with integrated production and sales functions. Hengtong Fruit Juice Group is projected to have a total fruit processing capacity of 1,330 tons per hour and annual production capacity of over 300,000 tons of apple juice concentrate. The annual export sales are projected to be more than 500 million US dollars. Such production and sales scale will allow Hengtong Group to be ranked number one in the industry.
The primary goals of the Hengtong Juice USA is to market the fruits products imported from the Chinese company and provide after sale services. Shaanxi Hengxing Fruit Juice Co., Ltd and Shaanxi Tongda Fruit Juice & Beverage Group Co., Ltd. were established in the year of 1997 and the year of 2000 respectively. The production scales of both companies ranked top 5 in the Chinese fruit and vegetable juice processing industry. The production facilities of both companies are located in the most suitable apple planting areas spreading over Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, and Shanxi provinces. All 18 plants are equipped with state-of-the-art production lines and the factories have implemented international-recognized management systems including ISO9001, GMP, and HACCP etc. All products meet the USFDA requirements. More than 90% of the products are exported to countries and districts across North America, Europe, Russia, Australia, and South Africa. The two companies have established long-term and stable relationships with many internationally well-known food and beverage companies.
